ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! 

Yes, that's right! This is one of the most commonly misinterpreted questions that most people have when working with an agent. In fact many people are hesitant to work with a Real Estate agent because they feel that it will cost money or make the home more expensive for them to purchase. 

So where does the money come from?

The seller of the home pays out a commission to me, as your agent. This means when the home closes escrow my paycheck is paid out by the Seller's proceeds or equity that is made in the home's sale.  My commission does not effect your offer on the home and you do not pay anything out of pocket or from the purchase. All money is paid to the agent representing the buyer by the sale of the home.
