Chris Smith

Extensively experienced in the sale of both bank-owned properties and luxury estates, Chris Smith is one of the industry’s most versatile real estate professionals. Having built a reputation as a Realtor® who is honest, hardworking and efficient, Chris has always been a leader when it comes to closed sales, sales volume, and most importantly, client satisfaction. His loyal following of clientele, which spans from coastal Orange County all the way to the Inland Empire, is the best indication of the level of commitment and passion Chris puts into his highly successful business.

A Newport Coast resident, Chris devotes a great deal of time to his community. He is actively involved with the Crystal Cove Alliance, a non-profit organization which provides funding, education, preservation and recreational activities at Crystal Cove State Park. He is also an active member of the Hoag Hospital Foundation's 552 Club and an associate member of the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs. Chris was medically retired in 2006 as a Deputy Sheriff in Los Angeles County.

Chris formed Chris Smith and Associates in December of 2007, as a specialized niche marketing and sales team. They are devoted seven days a week to the marketing and sales of their real estate portfolio.  Chris Smith and Associates is comprised of administrative staff, a buyer specialist and full range marketing, design and advertising studio.   Chris Smith and Associates is devoted to a full spectrum of client services and taylors it's service to the induvidual needs of each of it's clients.
